Nice hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the super nice team in recommending dining options. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

A lot of decent food for meals...

Simply no complaints whatsoever, comfortable stay. Clean accommodation, very, very nice staff. Marvellous and handy location and overall nice facilities. Found in a great area.

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?

Though a bit noisy due to nearby traffic, I enjoyed the coffee options available 24/7, especially with Starbucks right across the street.

Sadly, cleanliness was an issue, with reviews indicating unclean rooms and uncomfortable encounters with unfriendly staff .

Got the same a nice size room in the mirror in the main bedroom booked online, truly enjoyed that. Toast, cereal, and hot waffles was a bonus. The hotel was set in a remote area close enough to areas where guests have spilled things, food restaurant, and airport after flight from Europe.

The bed was soft enough for me! First hotel with this accommodation. And the tv was huge.

Floor tiles and boards broken on bathroom floor. Water damage and damaged bathroom door. Carpet needed cleaning badly and the flooring felt uneven when walked on. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and very old.As well as the furniture being old.

Just a balanced option for a short layover in Kent with extraordinarily good value for money. The check-in was surprisingly quick, and the lobby looked clean. Keep an eye on the condition of the hallways as they could use a little attention.

The mattress was stained, there was hair all over the mattress cover, my sheets had a cigarette burn in them. The light switch by the bed wasn't working properly, knobs missing off the dresser, phone didn't work in room, and hardly any water pressure

The beds much to soft and the sheets would not stay in place.

The jacuzzi was a nice touch, and the room was pretty comfy. Handy location near the freeway, and I loved that there were cameras outside for extra safety.

Overall the price for a week stay was good.

The location is remote. Public transportation only during limited hours on weekdays. Rooms were very loud. Breakfast was not very healthy.

Breakfast, good selection. Nice to see waffles, eggs and omelettes. Room was a good size and offered a fridge and microwave and coffee maker

Breakfast past 9 am on weekend would be nice.

I had a surprising stay here! The breakfast choices were limited, but I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds made for a pleasant night's sleep. The staff tried their best despite some issues in the dining area that could have been handled better.

the stay was nice and clean

no bus schedules! and no shuttle service! the staff should have more info for people that were new to the area! we traveled to seattle but i went next door to get info! no place to park your car if you want to take the bus to seattle a shuttle service would have been nice!!!!!

The staff were both accommodating and superfriendly. The breakfast had a lot of options, including toast, cereal and hot waffles.

Nothing that i didn't like.
